FR BRANDS STREET TEAM PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions
FR BRANDS STREET TEAM PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions
The FR Brands Street Team Program (“Program”) is designed to reward independent Street Team members (“Members”) for building FR Brands through product sales, new retail accounts, recurring retail business, events, promotions and customer acquisition.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Independent Relationship
Street Team Members participate as independent businesses/contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, franchisees or legal representatives of FR Brands.
Members are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, insurance, permits, licences and other obligations associated with their activities.
Nothing in the Program guarantees any particular amount of sales, income, commission, bonus or other compensation. Earnings are based on actual qualifying activity and performance.
Members may not enter into contracts, incur obligations, make commitments or make representations on behalf of FR Brands unless specifically authorized in writing.
2. Product Sales
Members may purchase eligible FR Brands products at their applicable Street Team pricing and resell those products at events, pop-ups, promotions and other approved locations.
Members retain the difference between their purchase price and their selling price, subject to applicable laws and any FR Brands pricing or promotional policies.
Members are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes associated with their own retail sales where required.
Products must be sold and represented in accordance with applicable laws, product labels and FR Brands policies.
3. Retail Store Accounts & Recurring Commission
Members may introduce and develop approved retail accounts for FR Brands.
When a qualifying retail account is properly attributed to a Member, the Member may earn:
8% recurring commission on qualifying net collected sales from that account.
Recurring commission is calculated on qualifying product revenue actually collected by FR Brands, excluding taxes, shipping, duties, deposits, refunds, returns, chargebacks, credits, discounts and other non-product charges.
The account must be properly registered and attributed to the Member in FR Brands’ system.
If an account was already an active FR Brands customer, was being actively pursued by FR Brands or another representative, or there is a dispute regarding who originated the account, FR Brands’ records will be used to determine attribution.
Duplicate claims are not permitted.
Recurring commission continues while the Member remains active and in good standing in the Program, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
4. App Sign-Ups
Members may earn $1.00 for each qualifying new FR Brands app/account sign-up attributed to them.
A qualifying sign-up must represent a legitimate, unique customer and must satisfy FR Brands’ verification requirements.
Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, automated registrations, self-created accounts, previously registered customers or registrations generated through misleading or prohibited methods do not qualify.
FR Brands may audit sign-ups before compensation is issued.
5. Monthly Performance Pay
Members can earn additional Monthly Performance Pay based on qualifying sales.
| Monthly Qualifying Sales | Performance Pay Earned |
| $5,000 | $400 |
| $10,000 | $800 |
| $20,000 | $1,500 |
| $35,000 | $2,400 |
| $50,000 | $3,300 |
| $75,000 | $4,600 |
| $100,000+ | $6,000 maximum |
Performance Pay Qualification
Performance Pay is earned based on the Member’s qualifying sales during a calendar month.
The level achieved determines Performance Pay for the following month only.
Performance Pay levels are not permanently unlocked.
For example, if a Member qualifies for the $3,300 Performance Pay level based on one month’s results, the $3,300 applies to the following month only. The Member’s next month’s qualifying sales determine the Performance Pay level for the subsequent month.
The maximum Monthly Performance Pay is $6,000.
Performance Pay does not accumulate between months and unused or missed levels cannot be carried forward.
Unless specifically approved otherwise by FR Brands, qualifying sales means eligible net collected product sales credited to the Member under the Program, after applicable returns, refunds, credits, chargebacks, cancellations, discounts and adjustments.
FR Brands’ accounting and sales records will determine qualification.
6. FR Retreat
Members who achieve the applicable FR Retreat qualification established by FR Brands may earn an FR Retreat valued at up to $6,000 for two people.
The benefit is subject to qualification verification, availability and the specific arrangements established by FR Brands.
The FR Retreat is not automatically redeemable for cash and has no cash value unless FR Brands expressly authorizes otherwise.
FR Brands may arrange or approve eligible travel and retreat expenses up to the applicable maximum value.
Costs above the approved amount are the Member’s responsibility.
Taxes or other personal tax obligations resulting from the benefit, if applicable, are the Member’s responsibility.
7. Car Allowance
Upon reaching the applicable Car Allowance qualification, a Member may unlock the FR Brands Car Allowance for a 12-month period, subject to maintaining the required performance level.
Once unlocked, the Member must maintain an average of at least:
$30,000 in qualifying sales per month.
Performance will be measured using a rolling 90-day average.
If the Member’s rolling 90-day monthly average falls below $30,000, the Car Allowance will be removed.
The Member may subsequently requalify according to the Program rules in effect at that time.
The Car Allowance is a performance benefit and does not constitute ownership of a vehicle by FR Brands or a promise by FR Brands to finance, lease or purchase a vehicle unless separately agreed to in writing.
The Member remains responsible for their vehicle, financing or lease obligations, insurance, maintenance, fuel, licensing and other vehicle-related expenses unless FR Brands specifically agrees otherwise in writing.
8. Qualifying Sales
Unless FR Brands specifically states otherwise in writing, qualifying sales are based on net collected revenue.
Sales generally qualify only after FR Brands has received payment.
The following do not count toward qualifying sales:
- Taxes
- Shipping and freight charges
- Duties
- Cancelled orders
- Unpaid or uncollectible invoices
- Refunded or returned products
- Chargebacks
- Credits or credit memos
- Fraudulent transactions
- Internal transfers
- Free products
- Samples
- Promotional giveaways
- Orders placed primarily to manipulate compensation or qualification
If a sale previously used to calculate compensation is later refunded, returned, charged back or credited, FR Brands may deduct the corresponding amount from future compensation or qualification totals.
9. Payment
Commissions, Performance Pay and other cash compensation are subject to verification and reconciliation by FR Brands.
FR Brands may temporarily hold compensation associated with disputed, unpaid, suspicious, returned or potentially fraudulent transactions until the matter is resolved.
Any calculation error may be corrected in a subsequent payment.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, banking and tax information with FR Brands.
Members are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on compensation and benefits received through the Program.
10. Customer & Account Attribution
FR Brands will maintain the official record of customer, retail-account and Member attribution.
Members should register leads and accounts through the designated FR Brands system whenever required.
Where two or more Members claim the same account, FR Brands may consider documented introduction, first substantive contact, account registration, sales activity and other relevant records.
FR Brands’ determination of attribution will govern Program compensation.
Members may not transfer, trade or sell attributed accounts to another Member without written approval from FR Brands.
11. 60-Day Inventory Return Policy
Members may return eligible inventory purchased directly from FR Brands within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided the inventory is unopened, unused, resealable and in resalable condition.
Returned products must include the original packaging and must not be damaged, altered, expired, opened, partially used or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
The Member is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Members may either:
1. Arrange and pay for return shipping themselves; or
2. Request that FR Group arrange the return using FR Group’s standard shipping services, in which case the applicable standard shipping cost will be charged to or deducted from the amount otherwise refundable or creditable to the Member.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless FR Brands determines that the return resulted from an FR Brands shipping or fulfillment error.
Returns must be received and inspected by FR Brands before a refund or account credit is finalized.
Approved returns will be refunded or credited based on the actual amount paid for the returned inventory, less any applicable shipping charges and adjustments.
Any commissions, Performance Pay qualification, sales volume, rewards, incentives or other Program benefits previously generated by returned inventory may be reversed or deducted from current or future Program totals or compensation.
Inventory purchased primarily for the purpose of reaching a Performance Pay tier, Car Allowance qualification, FR Retreat qualification or other incentive and subsequently returned will not remain eligible toward that qualification.
FR Brands reserves the right to reject returned inventory that does not satisfy the requirements of this section.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Events & Pop-Ups
Members may participate in events, fairs, festivals, pop-ups and other promotional opportunities subject to applicable laws and FR Brands policies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Members are responsible for event fees, staffing, transportation, permits, insurance and other expenses associated with their activities.
Members must operate professionally and protect the FR Brands name, products and reputation.
FR Brands trademarks, logos, signage and marketing materials may only be used in accordance with FR Brands guidelines.
13. Product & Marketing Claims
Members must use accurate, approved product information.
Members may not make unauthorized medical, health, income, regulatory or product-performance claims.
Members may not alter required product labels, warnings or compliance information.
Members may not represent themselves as an employee, owner or authorized corporate spokesperson for FR Brands unless expressly authorized.
14. No Income Guarantee
The Program provides an opportunity to earn compensation based on qualifying business activity.
FR Brands does not guarantee sales, income, profit, commissions, bonuses, customers, territories, event opportunities or financial results.
Members should not make income guarantees or misleading earnings representations when discussing the Program with others.
Compensation is based on legitimate product sales and customer activity, not merely recruiting other Street Team Members.
15. Good Standing
To receive Program compensation and benefits, a Member must remain in good standing.
Good standing generally requires compliance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, FR Brands policies, payment obligations and reasonable standards of professional conduct.
Fraud, manipulation of sales or sign-ups, falsification of records, unauthorized claims, misuse of FR Brands intellectual property or other material violations may result in suspension or termination.
16. Suspension & Termination
A Member may leave the Program at any time.
FR Brands may suspend or terminate participation for material violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, misconduct, non-payment, misuse of the FR Brands name, manipulation of compensation, unlawful activity or conduct materially harmful to FR Brands.
